Dear Len,
I appreciate your honesty, non-pushy salesmanship and
the knowledge of the products that you represent. You
took the time to discuss the product lines in detail and
made suggestions on what size of equipment would best
suit our needs. Although it should have not been a
surprise, your installation crew was very neat,
courteous and well mannered, both in their appearance
and speech. They put down protective flooring before
removing the old equipment or bringing in the new. The
job has a few obstacles to overcome and the crew handled
it with ingenious ways. The area was swept and all the
debris was taken away, as it they were never here. Your
installers, Wayne and Dennis are as asset to your
company. Your company has the knowledge, professionalism
and the staff every bit as good as the product they
sell. I strongly recommend you and your company to
anyone who needs HVAC work in the future.

Congratulations on a job well done. When you came to see
us, you assessed our needs and promised us the best
product, skilled craftsmen to do the job, a good price,
and best of all you promised us you would not wreck our
house. Now we had other companies assess our job and
offer us the same things, but something made us pick
you. And I am glad we did because you did everything you
promised.
You came when you said, you did a great job, and you
came back and made sure we were satisfied. The job was
tough, but your men were determined to overcome every
obstacle and whatever it took, they were going to do the
job, and they did. I still can't believe some of the
obstacles they overcome and ingenious ways they solved
problems. I strongly recommend your company to anyone
who needs air conditioning, because in my book you are

Dear Len,
We just want to say thank you for the wonderful service
you and your company provided to us. We appreciated your
non-pushy salesmanship and honesty right up front. We
would usually have had a few other quotes, but we liked
your approach and information that was provided. The
installation was done with efficiency and
professionalism.
We have just completed our first summer with central air
and absolutely love it. We can even say that after
having received 2 electric bills, for June/July and
July/August. The first was $47.00, the second was
$50.00. We kept the thermostat at a comfortable 75 deg,
during the day and 73 deg. at night (we sleep upstairs).
Thank you for recommending the right size and cost
efficient unit for our home. And again thank you for the
excellent service we received.

initial phone call inquiring as to getting a quote on a
furnace and an air-conditioning unit, to Len's
promptness in coming out to inspect and give me a quote,
as well as the A plus service that was accomplished at
my home with I can not begin to state how professional
everything was handled.

We just wanted to take a moment to tell you how
impressed we were with the work your company did at our
home. The workmen were so knowledgeable and so helpful
with all our questions. They left our home so clean and
took such care in making sure our floors were covered so
nothing would happen to them. It was a pleasure having

Dear Len,
I have been a customer of Len's for many years and have
always been pleased with the professionalism and
workmanship of your technicians. I would like to mention
one technician in particular, Jay Smith, because in
addition to being professional and having expertise in
his field, his dedication to problem solving is to be
commended.
Last week I noticed in my basement, a faint odor, which
resembled something burning. Although a very slight
smell at first, it did increase over a two-day period.
The smell seemed to originate from around the furnace,
so I called Len's to ask if someone could come out that
evening.
After checking the furnace to eliminate a possible
source, Jay checked other possible sources as the smell
persisted. He asked if there were any other electrical
items in the area, however, there was no definite smell
around those appliances. I walked to the other side of
the basement and noticed the odor increasing. After
walking into one of the rooms, it was clear that the
source of the odor was coming from that particular room.
After entering the room, Jay noticed one of the switches
in the "on" position. The switch had not been used for
years and must have been inadvertently turned on by one
of our recent guests.
Once he turned the switch off, we realized that a
ceiling vent had been on, yet there was no sound. Jay
found the casing in the ceiling vent to be extremely hot
and removed the vent cover. I am very grateful to Jay
for locating the problem, as it could have become a
serious situation. I think Jay's concern for safety and
his humanitarian out look, are to be recognized. Thank
you for employing such an efficient, competent and
knowledgeable technician.

Dear Len,
I would like to take the opportunity to commend you and
your firm on your service and products. After receiving
estimates from several firms, you offered the best and
most complete package to heat and cool my home. Most
specifically, the additional duct work to the second
floor. The solution you provided seemed almost
revolutionary compared to the rest, and it is working
perfectly.
Airflow to the upstairs is more than adequate and the
registers and ducts had to be throttled back. It was
also the least expensive. The quality and workmanship of
your installers under your personal direction was
excellent. Your personal attention to detail is much
appreciated. I especially liked your personal response
to my telephone questions to fully explain the operation
of the units and your offer to return to my home to
demonstrate the equipment.
All in all, with your excellent service, top quality
Trane products and most reasonable price, it is easy to
see why your reputation is of the highest standing. I
feel more than confident to recommend your firm to
anyone looking for HVAC services. It is quite evident
you have gotten your reputation the old fashioned way,
you earned it.
