Len's has been making Cleveland area residents more comfortable
in their homes since 1972. A lot has changed in the technology
of heating, cooling, humidification, indoor air health and
energy conservation but one thing that
hasn't
changed is that these tools are worthless if they are not
installed properly. That's why people call Len's. Our company
takes it's name from Len Meola who, with his wife Terri, owns
and oversees Len's Heating & Air Conditioning.
Len grew up in the mountains of Italy and was
pursuing his career as a mathematics teacher when he and Terri
chose to settle down here in
Northeast Ohio.
Len and Terri's neighbor, a heating
and cooling contractor, encouraged Len to
develop his natural ability to diagnose problems and
design solutions. In 1972, Len earned his license and
founded Len's
Refrigeration.
Since those days, the business has grown into
one of the best reputed HVAC companies in the area. Through the
years, Len's customer relationships have expanded to include
extended families and multiple generations. Many long-time
customers remember the company as Len's Refrigeration, but in
recent years the company has come to be known as Len's Heating &
Air Conditioning.
Len and Terri continue to ensure that everyone
on the Len's team makes decisions and does business based on the
same truth, integrity and value on which they founded the
company. Len's Heating & Air
Conditioning is careful about the people who join the team.
Each employee has to pass a thorough background test and Len's
is proud to offer a Drug-Free Workplace. Family remains at the core of how the business
is run. Len still enjoys being out in the field
and his best days are when he's meeting with customers or
assisting his team with a challenging system design or
installation.
